Leadership Workshop:

We designed this highly interactive workshop to help you understand the process necessary for successful adaptive change initiatives. In this workshop, you will learn that your job is not to have the answers for these complex situations and then try to get others to “buy in” to your solutions. Your job is to facilitate a process where the people affected by the change are integral to creating the change solutions. This method helps decrease the passive-aggressive behaviors that are the bane of many unsuccessful change attempts.

In this workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Distinguish between technical problems and adaptive challenges.

  • Facilitate a process of creating approaches to adaptive challenges.

  • Create a safe space for the process of developing and evolving answers to adaptive challenges.

  • Understand the change process along an evolutionary design.
