Randy comes to Wastyn & Associates with a wealth of experience managing in the public and private sector; teaching undergraduate and graduate students locally and abroad; training executives, managers, and frontline staff; and coaching executives. He brings his unique perspectives and enthusiasm that comes from a lifetime living, thinking and researching issues that impact organizations like yours with a focus on managing change, conflict resolution, and making organizations more effective.
